Product TV Commercials (Style Skills)

View as Markdown

The Product TV Commercials Skills make polished, visually driven product ads: swirling fruit, liquid splashes, bubbles, macro close-ups, and a final product reveal. Where the UGC styles look like a person filmed them on a phone, these look like a brand commercial. You pick a style, upload packshots of your product, and ChatCut generates the video. There are 13 styles in this category.

You run them from a Skill’s page in the web app or in ChatCut Desktop 0.7.7 or later.

Which styles are there?

These are the most used styles. Select one to open its page, or View all to see every style in the Skill library.

How do I choose a style?

Choose by product type first. The styles fall into three looks.

  • Liquid and packshot “recreations.” These are for products that photograph well as a clean packshot. Food Ad Recreation is the most used. It fits canned or jarred foods with a liquid component, such as sauces, with a rotating package and spiraling ingredients. Skincare Ad Recreation fits dropper serums and facial oils, with a backlit reveal and flowing droplets. Beverage Ad Recreation fits drinks, serums, and other liquids, with ripples, bubbles, and pouring close-ups.
  • Flavor-and-motion ads for drinks and snacks. Citrus Storm is for juice and beverage ads, with swirling fruit and splashes. Sparkling Can Showcase fits canned drinks, with bubbles, droplets, and can close-ups. Tropical Gummy Swirl and Sugar Crystal Storm fit gummies, candy, and snack textures. Mixed-media Snack Ad combines product footage, animated graphics, and rhythmic transitions.
  • Story and lifestyle ads. Gummy Monster Battle and Jelly Chase tell a playful story that ends in a product reveal. Hunger-room Delivery is a lifestyle ad about hunger, delivery, and enjoying the food. Summer Fashion Campaign fits clothing and collection launches. Golden-hour Poolside fits beverage and lifestyle brands.

What do I need before I start?

  • Clear product photos, front shot first. Use a clean packshot with the packaging fully visible. The recreation styles ask for a clear packshot. Sparkling Can Showcase asks for full packaging images.
  • The details the style asks about. That can be the flavor, the liquid color, key ingredients, or the brand details. Give only facts that are true for your product.
  • A person reference, for some styles. Hunger-room Delivery needs a person reference. Summer Fashion needs two person-and-outfit images. In the recreation styles, a person reference is optional.
  • A Product, if you have one saved. A Product saved in My Assets keeps its photos and description for reuse. See Characters and Products. If your product is on a web page, see Web Page Assets.
  • A paid plan and credits. Video generation needs a paid plan and uses credits. See Credits and Free and Pro.

How do I run it?

  1. Open the style’s page from the gallery above, or open Skills in the editor and choose it.
  2. Upload the product photos, and a person reference if the form asks for one.
  3. Choose the Aspect ratio, then the Duration.
  4. Add notes, such as flavor, brand wording, or things to avoid.
  5. Check the credit estimate the form shows, then select the start button. It reads Start creating on most styles and Create video on the three recreation styles.
  6. Follow the progress, then review the result before you edit or export it.

  • Summer Fashion Campaign: two uploads, First person and outfit and Second person and outfit.
  • Some styles (for example Skincare and Beverage recreations, Sugar Crystal Storm) show a Duration in seconds box when you choose Other.

Prompts you can copy

Use these in a chat with the Agent when you want to describe the ad in your own words.

Prompt

Make a 9:16, 8-second commercial for my sparkling lemon soda using the attached can photos. Bubbles, droplets, and a close-up of the can at the end. Keep the label exactly as it is in the photos.

Prompt

Create a skincare ad for my dropper serum. Backlit reveal of the bottle, a lineup, and flowing droplets. The liquid is pale gold. Use only the benefits I give you: hydrating, fragrance-free. No price.

Prompt

Take my saved product @Tropical Gummies and make a 12-second playful snack commercial in 1:1. Keep the packaging colors exact. Show me the plan before you generate.

What does ChatCut do for me?

  1. Reads your inputs. It uses your packshots, flavor or liquid details, brand wording, and notes.
  2. Builds on the style’s treatment. Each style has its own scenes, such as a rotating package, swirling fruit, or a chase, and ChatCut adapts it to your product.
  3. Keeps your product accurate. It uses your photos to preserve the packaging, colors, and marks.
  4. Generates the video. It sends one generation job and shows the credit estimate first.
  5. Delivers the result. You review it and keep editing in the editor.

What do I get?

You get a short generated commercial at 720p, between 4 and 15 seconds, in the aspect ratio you chose. You can bring it into a project, add captions, a voiceover or music, and export. See Credits for how to check the final charge.

What are the limits and tips?

  • Each take is a separate paid job. Asking for another version charges again. Check the estimate before you submit.
  • Packshot quality drives accuracy. Use sharp, front-facing images with the label visible. Compare the label text and colors with your real product before you publish.
  • Do not expect claims you did not provide. Give the benefits, ingredients, and wording you want. The Agent writes from the facts you or your saved Product supply, and does not invent claims, prices, or ingredients.
  • Match the style to the product. A recreation style fits a can, jar, or bottle. Story styles such as Gummy Monster Battle and Jelly Chase are written for playful gummy and snack promotions.
  • Avoid prominent third-party logos and famous characters. The video models reject some content.
